With reference to Article 6, para. 1, letter b of the GDPR, regarding confidentiality in the processing of personal data, we hereby inform you that:

• The personal data you provide, or otherwise acquired in the course of our business, may be processed with or without electronic means, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, for the institutional purposes of our Firm, and in particular for: performing a service or one or more contractually agreed operations; fulfilling obligations provided by laws or regulations; and protecting the rights of the Data Controller name?> in court (hereinafter the “Contractual Purposes”);
• Providing your data to F.B. Montaggi S.R.L., as identified above, is strictly necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship or, when specified, for activities consented to by the user. In particular, the following processing of your personal data, other than the Contractual Purposes, is possible only with your specific consent:
  1. publishing photographs and/or videos portraying you in the “GALLERY” section of the Site or through other electronic (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) or traditional channels for promotional purposes;
  2. displaying and/or sending photographs portraying you to third parties for promotional purposes;
  3. sending you informational material about the services offered by F.B. Montaggi S.R.L., as identified above, and any commercial initiatives it may undertake, through electronic and/or traditional communications.

The processing indicated in points 1, 2, and 3 are collectively referred to as “Marketing Purposes.”
F.B. Montaggi S.R.L. will ask whether you expressly consent to the Marketing Purposes at the time of assignment acceptance or later. Your legitimate refusal to consent to one or more of the Marketing Purposes will not affect the processing of your personal data for the Contractual Purposes only.

• The personal data you provide is not transferred to non-EU third countries;
• You may request the modification or deletion of such data at any time.

The legal basis for processing carried out for the Contractual Purposes is the fulfillment of the contract and related obligations, as well as compliance with legal obligations arising from the contract or law.
The legal basis for processing carried out for the Marketing Purposes is the respective consents freely given by you.

Data collected for processing under the Contractual Purposes will be retained for a period required by applicable civil and tax laws.
Data collected for processing under the Marketing Purposes will be retained for the period necessary for the specific purposes and, in any case, no longer than 5 years.

If you provide F.B. Montaggi S.R.L. with data that qualifies as “special categories of personal data,” meaning data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, health data, or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation under Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR, such data can only be processed with your free and explicit consent, expressed in writing or digitally through a form provided to you.
Specific security measures for this type of data are further enhanced to ensure the highest standard of security for your data.

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the right to:

• request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you exists (right of access);
• obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be communicated, and, where possible, the retention period;
• obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete data;
• obtain the restriction of processing in the cases indicated in Article 18 GDPR;
• obtain the deletion or anonymization of data after the retention period established by law or this notice;
